Here below on this page are the Terms & Conditions relating to the process, procedures, rules, and end user use of
Avant-Garde Body Piercing LLC's appointment booking
process(es), procedure(s) and software(s).

Terms and Conditions

  1. Clients are allowed to book as far in advance as they would like.  Avant-Garde reserves the right to periodically, semi-permanently or permanently lengthen or reduce the maximum amount of time in advance bookings may be reserved by clients at it's sole discretion with or without notice or reason.

  2. Clients are allowed to reserve a booking as late as 2 (two) hours prior to booking time.  Avant-Garde reserves the right to periodically, semi-permanently or permanently lengthen or reduce the minimum amount of time before a booking may be reserved by clients at it's sole discretion with or without notice or reason.

  3. All bookings require a deposit to be accepted which may be paid in person at our store or online.

  4. Booking deposits will be credited to the client's procedure fee when they arrive for their procedure.

  5. All booking deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated within these terms and conditions.

  6. Bookings which have been canceled or rescheduled by clients with 48hrs or more of advanced notice to Avant-Garde are eligible for a deposit refund.  Bookings may be canceled and rescheduled through our client user portal, calling our store at (414) 607-4068 during normal business hours, emailing us at info@agpiercing.com or messaging us through Facebook on our page @AGPiercing.

    1. NOTE: Email and Social Media Messaging may not be answered or received until the next business day after you have sent it.  Please account for this delay as emails and social media messaging received after the 48hr deadline may lead to the forfeit of your deposit.

  7. Due to the difficulty of time tracking digital messages, all social media messages and email messages requesting a booking to be canceled or rescheduled will be date and time stamped with the ​exact opening time and date of the next business day after the message was received. (Example: Email is sent on Tuesday at 3:59 PM to cancel an appointment on Thursday.  Email will be treated as if it was sent on Wednesday at 11:00am.  The client is not entitled to a deposit refund.)

  8. Avant-Garde reserves the right to cancel any booking at anytime with or without notice or reason.  Bookings canceled by Avant-Garde are eligible to have their deposit refunded in all circumstances.

  9. Bookings in need of a deposit refund may take up to 5-7 (five to seven) days to complete.

    1. If you have not received ​a deposit refund owed to you after 7 (seven) days, please contact Avant-Garde via phone at (414) 607-4068 during normal weekday business hours so we can investigate the issue.

  10. Clients who continually reschedule their booking(s) an excessive number of times (2 or more occurrences) may risk forfeiting their deposit and be required to make an additional deposit(s) to reserve booking times.

  11. Due to Piercer experience and availability some booking services may not be available at certain days and/or times. Clients may request all booking services at any time but only services which all piercing staff can perform will be automatically accepted.

  12. Booking services which are not automatically accepted will be individually accepted/declined according to piercer schedules by Avant-Garde staff.

  13. Bookings which have been declined should contact Avant-Garde via phone at (414) 607-4068 to ensure their next booking may be accepted.

  14. All prices listed on our website are for the procedure only, jewelry, tax and any additional fees are not included in any prices posted on our website.

  15. Avant-Garde reserves the right to change prices at anytime with or without reason or notice.

  16. Avant-Garde reserves the right to add, remove or adjust any fees responsible to the client for booked services.

  17. Due to the ongoing public health crisis associated with COVID-19 Avant-Garde may at times, require the use of various forms of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by clients entering our facility and/or limit or deny access to support persons accompanying clients receiving a procedure.

    1. For the most up to date and accurate information regarding any possible COVID-19 adjustments and/or restrictions at our facility please call our store at (414) 607-4068 during normal business hours.​

  18. Booking date and times are displayed in relation to Avant-Garde's time zone of Central Daylight Time CDT (UTC/GMT -5) and Central Standard Time CST (UTC/GMT -6).

    1. Central Daylight Time CDT (UTC/GMT -5) is observed from approximately the middle of March through the beginning of November each year.​

    2. Central Standard Time CST (UTC/GMT -6) is observed from January 1st (first) through the approximate middle of March and the approximate beginning of November through December 31st (thirty-first) of each year.

  19. Avant-Garde does accept walk-ins.  Walk-ins are accepted on a first come, first served basis after all appropriate bookings have been performed.
