Gift card is redeemable in person at Avant-Garde Body Piercing. Not redeemable for cash. No cash value. Gift Card expires after 5 years. Dormant or otherwise inactive gift cards will be charged a 10% maintenance fee per month after one (1) year of inactivity beginning on the first day of the immeadiatly following month after reaching one (1) year of inactivity. Lost or Stolen gift cards may be reissued at the sole discretion of Avant-Garde Body Piercing LLC. Reissued gift cards will be charged a $5.00 service fee per each gift card reissued. Reissued gift cards will be funded with the exact balance of the lost or stolen gift card on the date the request for a new gift card was received by Avant-Garde Body Piercing LLC. Gift cards will only be reissued to the original purchaser of the gift card
